The Role The Talent Acquisition Partner will support hiring across Technical (R&D), Sales, and Operations. Were looking for someone who understands the full funnel: from proactive sourcing to closing, from intake to onboarding. Youll typically manage 810 roles at once, balancing speed with quality and partnership with precision. Youll be the first point of contact for many candidates, so your ability to tell the Solink story, live our values, and keep the bar high is critical. What Youll Do You will own the end-to-end recruitment process for high-impact roles in Engineering, Product, Sales, and Operations. You will partner with hiring managers to define role success profiles, interview structure, and selection criteria. You will build and execute creative sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates who align with Solinks values and mission. You will ensure every candidate touchpoint, from first message to final offer, reflects the quality and urgency Solink is known for. You will manage a workload of 810 open roles at a time, at various stages of the funnel, prioritizing ruthlessly and communicating proactively. What You Bring Must-Have: 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a SaaS environment , supporting fast-growing teams across Engineering, Sales, Customer Operations, and Product. A strong sourcing toolkitLinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, CRM/ATS, etc. Proven ability to context-switch across functions, from senior Sales roles to backend Engineers to Ops leadersand tailor your approach accordingly. Working knowledge of core technologies and team structures (e.g., Python, Java, C++, Git, JIRA, cloud platforms, ML libraries, and R&D environments like AI/ML, data pipelines, DevOps). Comfort reviewing technical portfolios, GitHub profiles, or project work to qualify candidates beyond the resume. An exceptional communicatorclear, concise, and persuasive in both written and verbal outreach. A builders mindset: proactive, resourceful, systems-oriented, and energized by ambiguity, growth, and impact. Nice-to-Have: Proficiency with ATS, especially Ashby. Curiosity to test new sourcing channels, tools, and messaging tactics. Security Requirements Candidates must undergo a criminal records check upon hire; Be a Canadian Citizen (dual citizens included), or eligible to work in Canada; Be willing to comply with Solinks own security policies and standards.
