Your role is crucial in upholding our value, maintaining exceptional customer experiences, driving sales and building ongoing relationships with our clients. Key Responsibilities: People: Support in developing Retail and Consignment team including onboarding new hires, managing performance, and fostering engagement Client Experience: Maintain high client standards, drive sales, and resolve issues. Product Management: Collaborate on product layout, support merchandising, and educate the team. Environment: Ensure cleanliness, manage repairs, and maintain operational systems. Operations: Assist with scheduling, oversee cash desk and fitting rooms, and manage supplies. Security: Uphold security protocols and ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations. Qualifications: 3+ years in retail management, demonstrated elevated customer service experience Proven leadership, business acumen, and industry knowledge (and passion!)
