Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure adherence to processes, quality standards and deliverables so that your projects are delivered with machine-like predictability. Implement SAFe practices for large-scale projects, fostering collaboration and alignment across teams. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project goals. Effectively communicate project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders at all levels. Proactively address stakeholder concerns and maintain a high level of stakeholder satisfaction. Lead cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. Empower teams to take ownership of their work and continuously improve Agile processes. Drive a collaborative and transparent working environment. Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for M&A projects, identifying potential risks and developing mitigation plans. Proactively manage risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring minimal impact on project objectives. Expertise in developing detailed program/project execution plan and manages all implementation processes including budget management, resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training and on-time delivery within budget constraints, and quickly establish yourself as a go-to leader within IT. Required Experience Proven experience as a Program/Project Manager with a focus on M&A projects. Extensive experience in implementing Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and SAFe. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of successful stakeholder management. Demonstrated ability to navigate complex M&A transactions and provide strategic guidance. Minimum 6+ years in very recent project/program management experience , with at least 4 years of that dedicated to running large IT projects Proven experience in managing multiple projects concurrently in an enterprise environment. Solid experience in: Decision-making and negotiations Risk assessment, and mitigation strategies Excellent communication, problem-solving, conflict/resolution management, active listening, time management, and interpersonal skills required. Should demonstrate consistent ability to guide cross-functional teams and deliver solutions while mitigating or removing hurdles/obstacles. Passion for learning and using the platform of the worlds most innovative company Certifications Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus. Project management certification (PMP or equivalent) is preferred.
