Ever-Evolving POSITION SUMMARY The Leadership Growth and Culture Transformation Director will lead the design and implementation of initiatives that develop leadership capabilities and foster a high-performing, purpose-driven culture aligned with our values. This leader will play a pivotal role helping to drive the work underway in support of our cultural evolution, strengthening leadership effectiveness, and aligning talent strategies with business goals. Collaborating with senior leaders, this role will create a future-ready organization that thrives on growth, innovation, and a strong, values-based culture. MAJOR ELEMENTS OF THE ROLE Primary Responsibilities Culture Assessment and Strategy Development: Conduct comprehensive culture surveys, using Barret Values Center and other tools to help us become aware of how we are creating our current culture and what we aspire to be different. Develop a comprehensive culture transformation strategy aligned with the company''s strategic goals. Maintain and evolve core values and desired leadership behaviors to embed in the organization. Develop metrics and KPIs to track the progress of culture transformation initiatives. Partner with HR and business leaders to design and implement a robust succession planning framework. Identify and develop high-potential talent through structured development experiences and career pathing. Use data and insights to track the effectiveness of leadership and culture programs and inform future strategies. Leadership Development: Design and deliver innovative leadership development programs for all levels of management, focusing on key cultural competencies. Coach and mentor senior leaders to model desired behaviors and drive culture change. Facilitate leadership team retreats and workshops to build alignment and shared vision. Integrate inclusivity into leadership development programs and cultural transformation strategies. Organizational Development & Change Leadership: Support enterprise-wide change initiatives by equipping leaders with the skills to navigate and lead through transformation. Apply organizational development frameworks to enhance team effectiveness, cross-functional collaboration, and operational agility. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on strategies that promote resilience, adaptability, and a growth mindset. Performance Engagement Initiatives: Foster a positive work environment that promotes diversity, inclusion, and psychological safety. Align performance management systems with the desired culture and leadership behaviors. Collaboration with Stakeholders: Partner with HR, business leaders, and other departments to integrate cultural transformation into broader organizational strategies. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to gain support and alignment for culture transformation initiatives. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Qualifications and Technical Expertise: Completed post-secondary education in Adult Education, Human Resources Management, Instructional Design, or Organizational Development, or equivalent experience. Proven experience in organizational and leadership development, change management, and organizational culture transformation. Strong understanding of human behavior, organizational culture dynamics, and employee engagement. Leadership coaching accreditation (PCC level preferred) and experience coaching in an in-house context. Knowledge and practical application of various psychometric and other assessment tools. Attributes: Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels. Strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute complex plans. Executive presence and ability to collaborate with and influence senior leadership.
