Job Responsibilities: Define, track, and report on KPIs for T1 warehouses , focusing on operational efficiency and performance measurement. Consolidate warehouse data to provide national visibility and inform strategic decisions. Oversee cost management practices to reduce inefficiencies and ensure financial performance. Lead consolidation of VLC and LE initiatives within T1 warehouses, aligning logistics processes with operational goals. Support the development and execution of the VPO Logistics Pillar for continuous improvement across warehouses. Collaborate on LCP Warehouse Excellence initiatives, implementing process improvements. Optimize VLC and FLC processes and manage budgets for logistics excellence. Lead weekly T1 team meetings and improve warehouse reporting for visibility and operational alignment. Support logistics sustainability initiatives, promoting efficiency and cost savings. Job Qualifications: University degree or equivalent experience in Business or Industry-related discipline. Leadership experience in a unionized, high-volume warehouse environment. Proven operational excellence and management of large teams. Strong leadership, technical, and change management skills.
