The successful candidate will gain: Technical knowledge on IP/MPLS network technologies and Bell Canada IP/MPLS networks Exposure and hand-on experience on leading-edge networking technologies Satisfaction of delivering multiple projects Job Duties / Accountabilities Key Responsibilities IP/MPLS network technologies verification/certification programs in support of new technology and product development Support the INOC (IP Network Operation Center) on network changes and troubleshooting Work with INOC and other support teams to resolve network outage and service impacting situations Attend bridges and engage the appropriate support team(s) for critical impacts and long duration outages. Prepare MOP and support network change management activities during change windows Coach, mentor and train the IP Support and INOC team Critical Qualifications 8+ years working experience in Internet Protocol (IP) knowledge 8+ years working experience in Broadband technologies knowledge 8+ years working experience in network architecture and/or operations support experiences 8+ years working experience in Nokia, Juniper and/or Cisco technologies 5+ years working experience in Bell Canadas Broadband and/or IP networks and services Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills High tolerance to ambiguity and ability to adapt in a fast-evolving environment Strong leadership abilities and business acumen Strong dedication to customer focus Excellent synthesis and analysis capacity Preferred Qualifications Candidates of industry recognized technical certifications/designations will be preferred such as Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Juniper Networks Certified Internet Professional (JNCIP), Juniper Networks Certified Internet Expert (JNCIE) #LI-SS1 Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
