We are hiring for a full time Operations Manager to oversee a food retail chain with stores across southwestern Ontario. Between $60k-$70k, negotiable based on experience Full time + overtime after 44 hours Open Availability is required, especially weekends Responsibilities : Oversee all store operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality customer experiences across multiple locations, managing up 60 employees. Manage and supervise staff, including department heads and store managers. Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of online and pick-up orders. Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance both customer and staff experiences. Collaborate closely with upper management to drive growth and expand operations. Requirements : Proven experience managing multiple retail locations. Strong retail management experience, including supervising approximately 60 staff members. Food safety certification is required.
