What We Offer Hourly wage of $20.00, including a $2 bilingual bonus; Hourly bonus for weekend work; Night premium of $1.00/hour and weekend premium of $0.25/hour; Full-time work schedule, during the week; Comprehensive benefits package after six months, including medical, dental and life insurance; enhanced RRSP participation; preferential pricing on insurance; Fully paid training at our Moncton office; Post-training support plan during your in-office work phase at the Moncton site; After completing your in-office work phase, possibility to work from home, meeting quality and security requirements; Responsibilities: Communicate with courtesy and empathy with customers who request roadside assistance; Call providers to negotiate fair and favorable pricing for their services; Keep customers informed by phone and chat during the process; Maintain accurate documentation of actions and decisions; Requirements: Fluently bilingual (English and French): Eligibility criteria: Available to work Monday to Friday, from 4:00 am until 12:00 am; Capacity to work from the Moncton center when necessary; For work from home, high-speed Internet connection of at least 25 MBPS and secure, quiet space; Ability to multi-task in a computerized environment; Excellent communication skills - clearly and concisely express yourself; Excellent attention to detail and genuine desire to help others - customer service and problem-solving are key strengths; High school diploma or equivalent; At our organization, empathy, authenticity, and innovation guide us every day.
