Join our team as a Sourcing Specialist where you''''ll partner closely with clients and JLL teams to drive strategic benefits through expert procurement and supplier management. You''''ll be responsible for developing, negotiating, and managing supplier agreements while ensuring compliance with all sourcing policies and procedures. This role requires exceptional attention to detail as you''''ll maintain contract database integrity, establish work priorities, and collaborate with various departments to resolve complex contractual issues. WHAT YOU''''LL DO Closely support the client and Jones Lang LaSalle Sourcing and Facility Management teams to drive both immediate and sustained benefits to the client. Responsible for communication, coordination and implementation of local and regional sourcing initiatives and contract negotiations to suppliers and operations team. Develop, draft, review, and negotiate supplier agreements with excellent attention to detail Ensure compliance to sourcing and contracting policies and procedures Responsible for data integrity of contract database - oversee maintenance and enhancement of central contract database.
