We are seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to lead the strategic alignment between business and technology teams within a major data transformation initiative. This role is ideal for someone with a strong consultative mindset, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and a deep understanding of enterprise data architecture in the banking sector. The consultant will work closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders to define solution strategies and ensure successful delivery. Key Responsibilities: Act as a bridge between business and technology , translating business needs into high-level technical direction and integration strategies Evaluate existing BMO systems (e.g., MDM, EKIF, Americad) to determine reuse opportunities vs. areas requiring new builds Facilitate requirements gathering , stakeholder alignment sessions, and delivery planning Make strategic architecture recommendations , including approach, tooling, and integration patterns Lead and coordinate the overall POD delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives Manage organizational dynamics and stakeholder relationships , promoting collaboration across departments Define and document current and future state architecture roadmaps Coach and support data engineers to align delivery with strategic goals 10+ years of experience in consulting, enterprise architecture, or solution delivery within banking or financial services Strong understanding of data architecture, integration design, and system evaluation Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills Strategic thinking with a proven track record of business-IT alignment Job Title: Senior Solutions Consultant Location: Hybrid Toronto (23 days onsite per week) Duration: 12-month contract, with potential for extension Industry: Banking / Financial Services Job Overview: We are seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to lead the strategic alignment between business and technology teams within a major data transformation initiative.
