Role Overview This role will report to the Director, Data & Analytics in the Financial Systems team and be responsible to lead a variety of technology and process driven strategic initiatives that focus on streamlining global processes through automation and business intelligent data solutions. This includes solution design, development, implementation and managing functional system administration activities. To succeed in this role, you possess strong skills and experience in the areas of project management and change management. In addition, a strong aptitude towards working with data and experience in data analytics and an ability work collaboratively with other departments. The role requires strong attention to detail as well as the ability to multitask in a complex environment. The preferred candidate will have a strong focus on customer service and be a team player with a proven ability to build relationships between the business groups, finance team and IT departments, while leading a high-performing team to deliver quality outputs. As a member of this team, you will be responsible to: Oversee and manage a team of BI & Data Analysts to deliver high quality outputs to business stakeholders. Lead strategic finance transformation initiatives that support finance and business processes through the use of new technologies, including Power Platform (BI, Query, Apps, Automate), RPA (UiPath), SQL and more. Work with business stakeholders to prioritize business and information needs and evaluate data source requirements. Identify new process improvement opportunities to drive efficiencies and process optimization efforts. Support your team to effectively solution design, develop, validate and deploy project outputs with minimal delays and roadblocks. Provide application and change management support to stakeholders to ensure seamless adoption and participation of outputs. Document and participate in training and education initiatives, including providing input on changing trends around technology focus areas. Coordinate and manage functional administrative activities surrounding our financial systems. Adhere, monitor and maintain Oxfords policies surrounding internal controls, governance and accessibility. Develop and grow your teams strength and resilience, growth mindset, ability to be flexible and adaptability with change. To Succeed In This Role, You Have Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field. Professional accounting designation (CPA, CFA) is an asset. Have a minimum of 4-6 years of demonstrated experience in data and analytics role, preferably in Finance, Technology or Commercial Real-Estate industry. Experience with UiPath Studio, Power Apps and Power Automate to develop automation solutions. Advanced Excel knowledge (including Pivot Tables, Power Query, VBA Macros), and are proficient in Power BI and SQL. Technical expertise in data mining and data analysis, as well as understanding of data management and architecture concepts. Experience with Azure is an asset. Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills and innovative approaches for resolution Strong eagerness to learn new tools, topics and explore opportunities to improve efficiencies and capabilities. Team oriented individual with excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills, who is comfortable engaging with different groups within the organization (including non-technical audiences). Strong project management and organizational skills and ability to work under pressure and manage high priority projects with multiple or competing deadlines. Commercial real estate experience preferred but not required. Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is an advantage.
