Principal Electrical Engineer We are seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer who will be responsible for the following: Assessing and evaluating existing electrical systems. Leading the design of electrical building systems for renovation and new build projects. Collaborating with the design team and mentoring design staff to produce schematic design, design development, tender, and construction documents that meet the project requirements within the allocated schedule and budget. Overseeing the development of design concepts and ensuring proper application and execution. Conducting site surveys, gathering critical field data, and performing condition assessments. Maintaining and expanding current knowledge of technologies and trends as they apply to applicable projects and continually strengthening skills. Maintaining relationships with existing clients and pursuing new opportunities. Developing and maintaining design practices and standards for a new electrical department.
