''> Responsibilities: ''> ''> Contact customers who require roadside assistance and provide support throughout the process; ''> Negotiate fair pricing with service providers; ''> Maintain accurate documentation of actions and decisions; ''> Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services. ''> ''> Requirements: ''> ''> Fluently bilingual (English and French); ''> Ability to work Monday to Friday, from 4:00 am until 12:00 am; ''> Capacity to work from home with high-speed Internet connection and a secure, quiet space; ''> Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; ''> High school diploma or equivalent; ''> Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
