Key Responsibilities:Overseeing utility construction projects from start to finish in collaboration with various teams to ensure that all aspects of dry utilities are properly installed and meet project standards.Overseeing on-site activities, ensuring compliance and maintaining quality control while promoting a safe working environment and keeping schedules and budgets on track.Leading by example and working closely with project managers, subcontractors, and field staff to ensure that construction standards are met and work progresses smoothly.Ensuring that all utility equipment and installations are continuously monitored for safety and functionality.Carrying out thorough inspections and site checks to maintain high-quality standards throughout the project.Verifying that all construction work complies with applicable codes, standards, and company guidelines.Enforcing legal regulations and safety procedures to protect the health and well-being of the team.Verifying that construction activities align with compliance and project requirements.Conducting inspections to identify risks and/or areas for improvement.Required Skills and Knowledge:We are looking for a committed and skilled professional who takes pride in doing quality work. You are experienced in managing construction projects and familiar with the requirements of dry utilities. You understand the importance of compliance and safety and possess strong problem-solving abilities.Post secondary degree or diploma from a Civil Engineering or Construction Management program (or similar / relevant) is preferred.
