Role: Azure DevOps Developer EngineerLocation: Hybrid in Downtown TorontoRole OverviewAs an Intermediate Azure DevOps Developer Engineer, you will contribute to the design,implementation, and maintenance of Azure-based infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. Youwill collaborate with application and engineering teams to ensure secure, scalable, andresilient systems that support continuous integration and delivery across enterpriseapplications.Key Responsibilities - Assist in designing and implementing Azure infrastructure solutions using ARMtemplates or Terraform. Azure IaC, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS Terraform - Support and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps services. - Automate deployment workflows and routine tasks to improve operational efficiency. - Ensure security and compliance across Azure environments. - Monitor system performance using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and otherobservability tools. - Collaborate with application and engineering teams for seamless code integration anddeployment. - Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Bash, or Ansible. - Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes. - Participate in on-prem to cloud migration initiatives. - Support application release management and lifecycle management using industry-standard tools. - Utilize tools like Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow for project tracking anddocumentation. - Maintain strong communication and team collaboration across cross-functional teams.Required Qualifications - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - 2-4 years of experience in DevOps, with hands-on experience in Azure. - Understanding of cloud security best practices. - Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or ARM templates. - Proficiency in scripting languages and automation tools. - Strong communication and collaboration skills.Preferred Skills - Experience with Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow. - Knowledge of application release and lifecycle management. - Understanding of on-prem to cloud migration strategies. - Familiarity with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes. - Exposure to observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Azure Monitor
