Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Designs layouts for product regulatory labels using design software programs on a Windows OS-based computer. Uses Oracle AgilePLM to create label document part numbers and process label requests using change object to release labels. Utilizes SharePoint and Jira tools to manage tasks and/or department documentation effectively. Leads projects of moderate scope, ensuring planning, control, and delivery align with timelines. - Manages and analyzes large datasets in Excel, utilizing basic formulas and data manipulation techniques. - Records progress throughout the project lifecycle, formulates status reports, and presents updates to the project team and immediate manager. Operates within a team environment while independently addressing minor issues and risks until resolved. Processes certification requests from regulatory agencies by printing physical label samples using a Barcode printer and Designer Software, and ensures they are shipped to the correct address. Processes regulatory marking guide changes per direction from Regulatory dept and uploads/maintains file in Sharepoint.site. Develops team process training materials and conducts training for internal and external customers. Job Requirements Preferred Education: Bachelors degree or Associates degree Preferred Work Experience (years): 2-4 years experience working in an engineering environmentKey Skills and Competencies: Strong written and oral communication skills Certified in Adobe CC Illustrator, Photoshop, Corel Draw Proficient in Microsoft applications: Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Sharepoint Experience using Jira (preferred) Experience in Oracle AgilePLM applications or other product lifecycle management software (preferred) Regulatory label compliance experience Experience with barcode printers & related software - Highly detail-oriented Superior organizational skills Deadline and mission driven Capable of exercising sound judgment, completing assigned tasks adhering to schedules with minimal supervision Strong presentation skills and ability to effectively communicate ideas and information to diverse audiences Experience in creating process documentation and conducting related training sessions
