You enjoy and excel at coordinating team members and troubleshooting everyday challenges to deliver exceptional results for clients. You have strong communication skills, especially utilizing the phone (calls and texting) . You are a team player and will support our excellent service delivery by working longer hours during peak months (June-December).Your specific responsibilities will include:Managing vehicle production flow in Calgary and other cities as requiredEducating our customers on the repair processEnforcing our quality control proceduresCreating supplements as required via Mitchell/QapterFollowing and enforcing our internal proceduresAddressing efficiently and effectively any comeback issuesCoordinating sublet vendors and partsTravel required across Alberta and possibly CanadaQualifications- most of the following:10 years of work experience, 5 years in administration & managing peopleOperations experience in auto body repairPrior estimating experience at a collision repair facility, appraisal company or insurance company requiredPrior sales experienceValid drivers licenseAbility to travel for extended periodsSkills most of the following:Strong interpersonal skills; customer facing and teamProficient with Microsoft Office SoftwareWorking knowledge of Qapter/MitchellEnthusiastic and motivating leadership style hands onAttention to detailWell organized, ability to handle multiple complex competing tasksTeam player, strong work ethic, self-motivatedCommitted to communicating 7 days/week with staffAvailable on weekends/evenings during peak production timesBilingual FR an asset but not requiredIf this position sounds like a potential fit, please apply with your resume via email.We thank all candidates for your interest in this position.
