Job Description Candidate must be currently located in the greater Toronto area. As a Director Product Leadership, Incubation Lab, reporting to the Lead, Data Science & Innovation, you will focus on scaling incubated innovations into delivery, process, and product excellence. This role combines consultative delivery and product management, aiming to bring actionable insights and mature solutions into our pipeline. Join a culture that fosters creative thinking and entrepreneurial spirit, contributing to our evolving marketing analytics platform. You will set delivery standards and graduation criteria for our solution portfolio, collaborating closely with the Lab Lead and Data Science team. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with Incubator Data Science to prioritize innovation backlog. Define delivery standards & graduation requirements for incubated solutions in partnership with the Lab Lead. Coordinate with data stakeholders & Data Science to gather and process data for client pilot projects. Provide consultative delivery to uncover actionable insights from incubator solutions, models, & algorithms. Partner with Product Development for planning and roadmap setting to ensure smooth transition of innovations into the core platform. Work with engineering teams to plan integrations and deployments. Establish partnerships within NIQs Customer Success and Modeling teams for training and handover of solutions. Stay updated on marketing science, machine learning, and AI advancements to identify application opportunities. Mentor team members to foster a culture of innovation and experimentation. Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in data or marketing science fields. Bachelors degree or higher in marketing, business, analytics, data science, or related; advanced degree/MBA preferred. Hands-on knowledge of statistical modeling (Frequentist & Bayesian). Experience with ML/AI algorithms. Proficiency in BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Spotfire). Expertise in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel). Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and tools (Databricks, Jupyter, Airflow, Spark). Familiarity with product development tools (Jira, Confluence, Git). Desired Skills: Experience in marketing or advertising industry a plus. Strong problem-solving, analytical, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively and maintain client relationships. Excellent logical reasoning, critical thinking, and project management skills.
