Description Salesforce is looking for a talented and dynamic Senior Manager/Manager to join the Global Incentive Compensation (GIC) Strategy and Transformation team. This person will be responsible for leading the Org''s future strategy, long-term projects, process excellence and develop the Org''s ecosystem around systems, tools, and specific processes/policies. You will collaborate cross functionally with internal and external stakeholders across Corporate Development, GBGA, GTM, Sales Strategy and internal GIC partners Design, Operation, and Systems teams to implement strategies set by the Executive team. The ideal candidate, will be comfortable working at all levels of an organization and possess exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills. This role will require you to use both your strategic as well as tactical implementation skills, sometimes in very ambiguous environments.
