Senior Product Manager Hybrid: 4 Days/Week in Office The Impact Youll Make: As a Senior Product Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to build first-class experiences in the eCommerce purchase flows for PC Express, Joe Fresh, and Shoppers Drug Mart. You will help elevate the digital experience for millions of customers nationwide by defining the product vision and strategy for your portfolio and managing the product roadmap in collaboration with design and engineering partners. Loblaw Digital is responsible for building and operating digital activities for Canada''s largest and most successful retailer. We create cutting-edge, responsive eCommerce solutions, including the Loblaws Click and Collect site, offering an innovative online grocery shopping experience. We also developed and now operate the award-winning JoeFresh.com website and iPad/iPhone app. Located in downtown Toronto, we operate like a startup with the resources of a larger company. We are looking for a candidate obsessed with delivering customer-centric experiences, with proven success in ownership, bias for action, and big thinking. The ideal candidate will be able to make high-judgment trade-offs and work in a fast-paced, analytical, and experimentation-driven environment to scale. A blend of product management experience, eCommerce knowledge, and entrepreneurial attitude is essential. What Youll Do: Lead the build and launch of experiences in the purchasing phase of the customer journey, extending capabilities, reducing time-to-market, and empowering teams to build the right products. Improve and elevate the digital checkout experience, supporting customers in their Jobs To Be Done. Define goals and KPIs to measure success, and report on metrics aligned with quarterly and annual objectives. Create a product roadmap based on understanding of customers, vendors, technology, and team, supporting customer needs and aligning with business strategies. Manage the backlog, including prioritization, grooming, writing user stories, and keeping the development team unblocked. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build lean, scalable features with clear intent and high velocity. Generate and test hypotheses for new product development, ensuring products offer right ROI. Make product decisions based on qualitative and quantitative analysis. Leverage customer feedback and participate in research to inform product decisions. Does This Sound Like You? What You''ll Need: 5+ years of product management experience. Experience with eCommerce products, services, or technologies. Solid understanding of agile methodologies. Strong stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and handle ambiguity. Excellent attention to detail and project management skills. Proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
