You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, negotiating rates with service providers, and ensuring seamless communication throughout the process. Responsibilities Contact customers who request roadside assistance with courtesy and empathy. Negotiate fair and favorable pricing with service providers. Keep customers informed via phone and chat during the process. Maintain accurate documentation of actions and decisions. Requirements Fluent bilingual skills (English and French). Eligibility criteria: Available to work Monday to Friday from 4:00 am until 12:00 am. Ability to work from the NQX Moncton center when necessary. High-speed internet connection of at least 25 MBPS and a secure, quiet space for remote work. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask in a computerized environment. High school diploma or equivalent. What We Offer Hourly wage of $20.00 including a $2 bilingual bonus. Hourly bonus for weekend work. Full-time work schedule during the week.
