Our mission is to enhance the quality of life and foster independence for every client we serve.Role DescriptionThis is a part-time on-site role for a Health Care Aid - Cantonese Speaking Language at our North Vancouver, BC location. The Health Care Aid will be responsible for providing Alzheimers and dementia care, personal care (bathing, grooming, hygiene), respite care for family caregivers, transition of care after hospital stays, chronic condition management, medication reminders and safety supervision. Additional tasks include transportation, shopping, errands, light housekeeping, and companionship.QualificationsExperience in EMT and MedicineCantonese Speaking LanguageStrong Communication and Training skillsBackground in HealthcareProficiency in Cantonese requiredDedicated to providing compassionate careValid driver's license and reliable transportationCertified Health Care Assistant (HCA) Certification or equivalent
