The Licensed Optician will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting eyewear, conducting measurements, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing high-quality customer service. Daily tasks include working closely with customers to find the best eyewear solutions, performing frame adjustments, and maintaining current industry knowledge.QualificationsSkills in Optics and OpticianaryExperience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer ServiceCurrently Licensed with the College of Opticians Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work on-site in St. Catharines, ONExperience in the optical industry is a plusDetail-oriented with strong organizational skills
