About the Role We are currently seeking a Part-Time Patient Care Coordinator to join our team every Saturday and Sunday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM . This in-clinic role focuses on providing exceptional front-line support for our patients, managing administrative duties, and supporting our wellness and nutrition programs. Ideal candidates will have a background or strong interest in nutrition, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic clinical environment. Key Responsibilities Patient Experience & Administration: Welcome and check-in patients in a warm, professional manner Coordinate patient flow and maintain clinic efficiency Set up treatment rooms and assist clinicians as needed Handle appointment confirmations, patient calls, and emails Maintain accurate EMR records and ensure confidentiality Prepare patient files and billing in advance of appointments Maintain the cleanliness and organization of clinic space Provide general information and respond to patient inquiries Nutrition Program Support: Support weekend nutrition program patients with check-ins and weigh-ins Conduct brief coaching sessions as needed Keep nutrition-related documentation accurate and up to date Qualifications 2+ years of administrative experience, ideally in a medical setting Background or education in nutrition is an asset Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills Comfortable working with EMR systems and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently Compassionate and empathetic demeanor Working Hours: General working office conditions Saturdays & Sundays, 8:30 AM 5:30 PM (in-clinic)
