Prime Hires is supporting one of our clients in hiring a Medical Service Technician within the medical devices/healthcare industry A leading medical device company is seeking a Medical Equipment Service Technician to join their Technical Service Department. This role will provide hands-on training on specialized medical equipment, with the opportunity to support both in-house operations and occasional on-site field service visits. Assist with the assembly, troubleshooting, and servicing of medical devices. Perform in-office repairs and occasional local field service visits (some irregular hours may apply). Complete technical documentation and maintain accurate service records. Collaborate with internal teams and maintain professional communication with healthcare professionals. CET certification or diploma in Electronics, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience). Technical problem-solving skills and attention to detail in documentation and procedures. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Computer literacy and familiarity with basic technical software tools. Prior experience in medical equipment service or related technical roles is an asset. Sales aptitude and the ability to work independently are considered beneficial.
