They own retail, residential, office, industrial, and hotel properties, as well as managing real estate and financial investments. As an Executive Assistant, you will be working out of an office based in Mississauga, ON. You will be providing both operational and administrative support to CFOs, VPs, and Executive Staff. The role requires the EA to support the daily operation, planning and scheduling, showcasing an ability to be proactive about the needs of the people they are supporting. This role ensures the efficient, timely, and professional coordination and execution of a variety of administrative tasks and activities, enabling the executives to focus on their strategic priorities and business objectives. Minimum 2-5 years as an Executive Assistant Previous experience in real estate industry an asset Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Zoom Superior verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating the ability to draft clear and concise correspondence In return for this position, the successful candidate will be receive a compensation package ranging between $75,000 - $85,000 + Bonus + 3 weeks vacation to start + Benefits and More.
