As a Marketing and Social Media Content Specialist, you will play a key role in executing and coordinating marketing activities, developing compelling content, and driving engagement across various digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with team members and key stakeholders to create innovative marketing strategies that resonate with our audience. Assist with marketing tasks and coordinate marketing activities. Plan and implement effective marketing campaigns. Set up, implement, and monitor paid advertising on Facebook, Instagram & Google. Assist in creating company brochures, reports, and other marketing materials. Liaise with key stakeholders to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives. Maintain active communication with the Creative Department to support marketing needs. Share innovative ideas for marketing and lead generation. Collect and analyze data from marketing campaigns to identify audience interests and concerns. Provide campaign data and insights to key stakeholders upon request. Assist in structuring and executing KPI monitoring and reporting. Cover events and collaborate with colleagues to produce social media content. Create and schedule meaningful content following brand guidelines, planning one month in advance. Lead content review and analytics meetings, providing finalized content and monthly data reports. Participate in public interviews and video content projects (on-camera presence is required). Edit, publish, and share content across multiple social media channels. Track post performance and explore new ways to expand reach and engagement. Monitor and manage social communities, suggesting content optimizations. Actively seek strategic social partnerships with influencers and brands. Manage Google My Business posts and reviews. Collaborate directly with project coordinators and key stakeholders. Prior experience in marketing and social media strategy. Strong consulting, writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills. Understanding of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with CRM platform HubSpot. Knowledge of SEO/SEM and digital marketing strategies. Expertise in social media platforms and analytics: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and LinkedIn. Hands-on knowledge of content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing software. Interest in human rights, social justice, equity, and global issues.
