The role ensures exceptional customer service levels are delivered safely and efficiently, optimizing cost and asset utilization in both the short and long term. Additionally, this position plays a key role in continuous improvement, championing best practices within the team and in partnership with Group Centres of Excellence.What youll be doing:People Management: Provide leadership to the S&OP Planning team, overseeing 7 direct reports, and driving collaboration, performance, and alignment across functions. Responsibilities include recruitment, development, and performance reviews. Build high-performing, multi-skilled teams and foster a collaborative One Team Winning culture across departments and Group functions.Planning & Service Excellence: Oversee all planning activities including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, 12-week operational planning, production scheduling, material call-offs, stock deployment, and 12 weeks capacity planning. Lead the S&OP process, track KPIs, manage service risks, and drive execution through weekly and monthly planning meetings.Quality & Data Management: Ensure strong customer supply processes and maintain accurate master data at SKU and customer levels.Cost & Resource Optimization: Control stock levels and obsolescence within service and forecasting targets. Plan and manage production and warehouse resources for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Commercial and Supply Chain teams, Global functions, and external suppliers/customers to ensure alignment, integration, and high-quality service delivery.What were looking for:A bachelors degree is required; APICS CPIM certification is preferred.A minimum of 5 years of experience in planning within a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment, including at least 3 years of people management experience as S&OP lead.
