Competitive hourly wage of $25.00 + comprehensive benefits We can guarantee 40hours/week Uniform provided free of charge Opportunities to grow alongsideGardaWorld Continuingeducation throughGardaWorldCampuslike Use of Force training Responsibilities for Security Account Director Plan, direct, and ensure smooth operation of all on-site security protocols Oversee access control systems, including card creation, user permissions, and system updates Monitor and adjust staff schedules to ensure full site coverage and reduce overtime Provide detailed daily operational and incident reports to management Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant security needs and access requests Coordinate contractor access, security coverage for events, and suite key requests Lead emergency and incident response, liaising with law enforcement and providing surveillance evidence as required Participate in community and stakeholder meetings to address safety concerns and enhance security strategies Conduct regular audits, risk assessments, and ensure compliance with company and legal standards Qualifications for Security Account Director Minimum 3 years of experience in personnel management in a unionized environment Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook WSIB approved First Aid/CPR certification Minimum high school diploma Availability to work flexible hours and handle emergency situations Clean criminal background Eligible to work in Canada GardaWorld: Make the world a safer place GardaWorld, a global leader in security, offers exciting career opportunities in an evolving industry.
