The Professional Matchmaker will be responsible for assessing client compatibility, managing client relationships, and coordinating personalized matchmaking experiences. The role involves conducting in-depth interviews, providing feedback, and offering expert advice to clients. Additionally, the matchmaker will be required to research and vet potential matches and keep meticulous records of client interactions and progress. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills Experience in relationship management and client services Ability to conduct in-depth interviews and assess compatibility High level of emotional intelligence and intuition Strong organizational and record-keeping skills Ability to work independently and remotely Background in psychology, counselling, or a related field is a plus Proven experience in matchmaking or a similar role is highly desirable
