Hatview Dairy Ltd. is a progressive, family-owned dairy operation just outside Medicine Hat. We are currently seeking a reliable, motivated individual to join our team full-time. This is a hands-on position working directly with livestock, milking systems, and day-to-day operations. Job Duties Include: Operating a 28-stall GEA rotary parlour Milking on a split shift: 4:00 AM and 3:00 PM Feeding and caring for dairy cattle and calves Cleaning and maintaining facilities and equipment Monitoring animal health and reporting issues Assisting with calving and herd management General farm maintenance and repairs Schedule: 4 days on, 4 days off rotation Split shift milking (early mornings and afternoons) Qualifications: Dairy or livestock experience preferred but not requiredwilling to train the right person Ability to work independently and follow routines Physically fit and able to work in all weather conditions Class 5 drivers license preferred We Offer: Competitive wages based on experience Predictable time off with 4-on-4-off rotation Opportunities for advancement and training A positive, respectful work environment If youre dependable, hard-working, and want to be part of a solid team in the agriculture industry, wed like to hear from you.
