Project Manager: On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Project Manager for a 6 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our clients Mississauga, Ontario office. Project Manager - Job Description: We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Markets Program Execution & Transformation team, focusing on the execution of deliverables across transformative programs impacting bank's Markets businesses. The role involves managing large regulatory programs and ensuring their successful implementation by leveraging modern tooling and project management expertise. Project Manager - Responsibilities: Support Program Initiative leads to drive strategic deliverables across multiple projects Lead and participate in working groups, workshops, and stakeholder meetings Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on business initiatives Assist in socializing and approving target state tools, processes, and controls Manage internal and external dependencies across initiatives Identify and resolve or escalate risks and issues promptly Engage senior stakeholders to resolve issues as they arise Produce project update materials and artifacts using data storytelling techniques Build strong relationships to support program execution Utilize modern AI tooling to improve project workflow and outcomes Project Manager - Mandatory Skills: Strong track record in strategic project management Significant experience in Capital Markets Transformation or similar roles Familiarity with Market Risk, Finance, and Capital concepts Strong knowledge of data management practices and governance Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and SQL Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to deliver effective data storytelling and presentation Project Manager Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience in managing Capital Markets and Regulatory-related projects Familiarity with Markdown and/or Python Bachelors/University degree, Masters degree preferred Project Management certifications e.g., PMP Thought leadership in target state design Project Manager Assignment Length: This is a 6 month contract position.
