Senior Manager, Global Supplier Management - Corporate Real Estate: On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Senior Manager, Global Supplier Management - Corporate Real Estate for a 12-month role. This position is an onsite position at our clients Toronto, Ontario office. Senior Manager, Global Supplier Management - Corporate Real Estate - Job Description: The Senior Manager will lead the ongoing management of Corporate Real Estates (CRE) outsourced Service Partners globally to ensure effective operational relationships, quality service delivery, and compliance with bank policies. This role is a maternity leave replacement, focusing on maintaining the Supplier Management & Governance Framework. Senior Manager, Global Supplier Management - Corporate Real Estate - Responsibilities: Lead the management of CREs Service Partners globally in line with Supplier Management & Governance Framework Ensure compliance with policies and third-party regulations Manage contract deliverables, including timely reporting and KPI adherence Act as CRE Subject Matter Expert on Supplier Management Provide leadership and training to key CRE Regional Service Area Leads and Service Partners Senior Manager, Global Supplier Management - Corporate Real Estate - Mandatory Skills: At least 7 years of experience in Corporate Real Estate, Supplier Management, and/or Contract Management Excellent project management skills Superior relationship management skills Superior negotiation and influencing skills Proficiency in writing and reviewing contracts Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel Excellent analytical skills and financial acumen Senior Manager, Global Supplier Management - Corporate Real Estate Nice-to-Have Skills: Previous exposure to regulations and RBC policies related to CRE and Suppliers Paralegal experience Experience in risk identification and mitigation Experience in the Financial Industry Senior Manager, Global Supplier Management - Corporate Real Estate Assignment Length: This is a 12-month contract position.
