Content Editor: On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Content Editor for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our clients Toronto office. Content Editor - Job Description: The Content Editor will work on multiple projects throughout the contract duration, focusing on enhancing public-facing channels for bank and its affiliates. This role involves writing, editing, and proofreading copy to deliver a best-in-class user experience, aligning with business goals and user needs. Content Editor - Responsibilities: Conduct content strategy tasks and UX research, including competitive research and content inventories Manage the editorial process throughout project lifecycles, supporting French translation Write, edit, and proofread copy to ensure accuracy and brand alignment Ensure content meets style, voice, tone, and accessibility standards Conduct content walkthroughs with project teams and stakeholders Proactively address feedback and manage content within CMS Contribute to style guide reviews and maintain quality standards Foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders Content Editor - Mandatory Skills: 5+ years of experience in content editing, design, or UX writing Excellent working knowledge of CP Style Experience writing for web and/or digital properties Strong command of the English language High attention to detail Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Good interpersonal skills Content Editor Nice-to-Have Skills: Previous banking experience Experience with AEM or similar CMS Familiarity with enterprise project methodologies and publishing/workflow tools Familiarity with the principles of content strategy and inclusive writing Working knowledge of SEO and user experience Content Editor Assignment Length: The contract duration is 6 months, with the possibility for extension and conversion. Content Editor - Start Date: ASAP Content Editor - Assignment Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid position requiring in-office presence every Wednesday and every 3rd Friday of the month.
