HR Coordinator: On behalf of our Financial Services client, Procom is searching for an HR Coordinator for a permanent role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our clients Calgary office. HR Coordinator - Job Description: The HR Coordinator will support the Morgan Stanley Canada HR Coverage team, focusing on welcoming and onboarding processes, as well as communicating policies and procedures to employees. This role involves managing day-to-day administrative functions and interacting remotely with clients and HR teams across various locations. HR Coordinator - Responsibilities: Ensure proper support in all steps of the employee life cycle from new hire onboarding to termination Partner with multiple HR functions such as Recruiting, Learning and Development, Diversity, Compensation, and Reporting Coordinate international transfers into and out of Canada with the HRBP Answer employee questions on HR policies and processes Manage the ergonomics request process and maternity, paternity, parental leaves Update HR system with transactions (Workday) Set up and manage non-technical HR-related training Work on ad-hoc projects as required HR Coordinator - Mandatory Skills: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Law, or equivalent 1-2 years of HR Coordinator experience Ability to work independently and multi-task with a sense of urgency Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle confidential matters and information Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint Highly organized with attention to detail HR Coordinator Nice-to-Have Skills: Financial Services or Technology Industry experience Advanced Excel skills (V-look ups, pivot tables, etc.) Experience using Workday HR system HR Coordinator Assignment Length: 12 months HR Coordinator - Start Date: ASAP.
