API Developer (.NET/NodeJS) Procom KW is currently seeking an experienced API Developer for our large enterprise client in the insurance industry. API Developer (.NET/NodeJS) Job Details The API Developer (.NET/Node/NodeJS) provides IT systems development and support under general direction. The incumbent focuses on leading and performing the analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, integration, maintenance and documentation of systems and applications to ensure that client needs and services are met. The API Developer (.NET/NodeJS) will be working on a large API project, developing RESTful APIs with NodeJS/Express and .NET Core. The Developer will also be responsible for deployment using Docker/Microservices. API Developer (.NET/NodeJS) Must Haves 4+ years experience building RESTful APIs using nodejs + express framework. Experience building and configuring Docker images on Linux platform. Postgres database experience Experience building RESTful APIs using .NET Core Experience with SQL database. API Developer (.NET/NodeJS) Nice to Haves Mocha/chai as testing framework Build in Java API Developer (.NET/NodeJS) Start Date Immediate API Developer (.NET/NodeJS) Assignment Length Initial 6-month contract to start, likely extension beyond API Developer (.NET/NodeJS) Work Location Remote to start, Burlington in the future
