BMO is currently sourcing for a Data & Project Lead Associate position on a 6 months contract. Here are some of the key requirements and responsibilities included in this role: RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to): Act as lead for, and representative of, the CDM team within the larger project team Liaise, facilitate, and support communication between integration project team, CDM, offshore team, and internal BMO stakeholders Coordinate CDM tasks and deliverables Provide business and data analysis to support project outcomes Raise project risks and escalate issues to manager; participate in defining action plan to resolve Work with business stakeholders to define and implement process change where required Ensure data is fit for purpose and meets the data quality requirements of business consumers Work with business units to validate cross-platform data mappings and coordinate data loads into target system Analyze data inputs/outputs and remediate data quality exceptions Validate accuracy of key monthly reports to stakeholder groups Execute UAT and business validation activities.
