Senior Technology Transformation Consultant: On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for a Senior Technology Transformation Consultant for a 6 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our clients Brampton office. Senior Technology Transformation Consultant - Job Description: The Senior Technology Transformation Consultant is a strategic leadership role focused on driving the technology vision and ensuring alignment of infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and digital innovation with business goals. This role involves partnering across departments to deliver scalable, secure, and cost-effective technology solutions that enable growth, operational efficiency, and IT transformation. Senior Technology Transformation Consultant - Responsibilities: Provide thought leadership in technology/digital transformation to elevate organizational capabilities Align transformation roadmap initiatives to Technologys strategic priorities, identifying and coordinating dependencies with other corporate projects Define and implement IT Transformation governance framework, standards, processes, and tools Establish efficient communication and collaboration mechanisms to ensure everyone within the organization is aligned with the program and project goals Identify, plan, and execute transformation initiatives and projects Develop and lead the execution of a multi-year IS&T strategy aligned with logistics, operational, and digital transformation goals Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of enterprise systems including ERP, WMS, MES, CRM, and analytics platforms Senior Technology Transformation Consultant - Mandatory Skills: 10+ years in senior IT leadership (Director, VP, or CTO-level) Led large-scale IT transformations and modernization initiatives Proven success with M&A IT integrations (pre/post-acquisition systems integration) Strong ERP, CRM, WMS, and eCommerce platform experience Change management expertise with executive presence Strong infrastructure background: Azure, Microsoft 365, Linux Cybersecurity leadership (frameworks, compliance, controls) Senior Technology Transformation Consultant Nice-to-Have Skills: Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, SAFE, and hybrid delivery models Deep understanding of data privacy, governance, and protection Virtualization, EDI, network protocol, and cloud architecture Proficiency in Power BI and data visualization platforms Background in high-volume environments (logistics, manufacturing, e-commerce, supply chain) Senior Technology Transformation Consultant Assignment Length: This is a 6 month contract position.
