Product Owner, Salesforce CRM: On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Product Owner, Salesforce CRM for a 7 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our clients Toronto office. Product Owner, Salesforce CRM - Job Description: The GBM Client Insights & Analytics team is seeking a driven and ambitious Product Owner to lead the development and strategic roadmap of workstreams in the Salesforce CRM, focusing on Client Lifecycle Management. This role involves managing the overall project for the Client Lifecycle Management project, ensuring deliverables align with business strategies and objectives. Product Owner, Salesforce CRM - Responsibilities: Assume ownership for the development and strategic roadmap of Salesforce CRM workstreams Ensure deliverables align with business strategy and deliver expected business benefits Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring smooth delivery and rollout of workflows Manage project delivery, business requirement documentation, UAT execution, and project reporting Engage with stakeholders, including senior executive leadership, to navigate diverse perspectives Product Owner, Salesforce CRM - Mandatory Skills: Proven 10+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a consulting role in the financial services industry Proven experience within the Salesforce ecosystem or Client lifecycle management platforms Excellent project delivery skills, with proven accomplishments leading cross-functional projects Experience with Agile methodologies, preferably Scrum Previous experience leading change management teams Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing capabilities Strong analytical skills with a background in analytics or a related field Product Owner, Salesforce CRM Nice-to-Have Skills: Previous recent experience with Credit systems, Salesforce, and Fenergo Technical knowledge with understanding of systems, design, and architecture Experience with Capital Markets and Wholesale Banking business and operations Background in analytics or related fields Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with Salesforce developments Product Owner, Salesforce CRM Assignment Length: The contract duration is 7 months, with a possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
