Geospatial Application Developer - Senior: Procom is searching for a Geospatial Application Developer - Senior for a 12+ month . This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our clients Calgary office (preferred). Geospatial Application Developer - Senior - Job Description: Initiating projects to modernize and redevelop internal applications currently built on the now-retired ARGIS Web AppBuilder platform. These applications will be rebuilt using the ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript to ensure long-term support, improved performance, and alignment with current standards. Geospatial Application Developer - Senior - Responsibilities: Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to analyze, design, develop, and implement updated solutions Redevelop applications using ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript Ensure solutions meet the Citys operations and strategic needs Engage in problem-solving and client relations Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders Geospatial Application Developer - Senior - Mandatory Skills: Five years' experience with ArcGIS JavaScript API from ESRI Five years' experience with ESRI ArcMaps SDK for JavaScript 4.x Five years' experience with React Framework Five years' experience with .NET core (C#, .net) Five years' experience with JavaScript/HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, Bootstrap.js libraries Experience with ESRI Web AppBuilder Developer Edition Custom Widget Development Experience with data and services management in ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise environment Geospatial Application Developer - Senior Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience with Waterfall and/or Agile methodology Experience translating client requirements into technical solutions Experience with Oracle DBMS and Oracle SQL Developer Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience with business requirements gathering for web-based applications Geospatial Application Developer - Senior Assignment Length: This is a contract for 12+ months. Geospatial Application Developer - Senior - Assignment Location: Calgary, Alberta, Canada. This is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite per week (preferred).
