Senior Solution Lead: On behalf of our Insurance client, Procom is searching for a Senior Solution Lead for a permanent role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our clients Waterloo office. Senior Solution Lead - Job Description: This role involves guiding the development and implementation of solution designs for our client. The Senior Solution Lead will initially focus on non-coding responsibilities, with potential to transition into coding tasks. The position emphasizes collaboration to create solutions that align with functional requirements. Senior Solution Lead - Responsibilities: Communicate business value and benefits of solutions Develop solution designs using Property & Casualty Insurance industry knowledge Manage communication between internal staff and external partners Support technical leads to ensure design meets business needs Provide technical assistance and escalate issues as needed Lead release management activities and quality assurance testing Coordinate project management tasks and provide status updates Senior Solution Lead - Mandatory Skills: Proven ability to deliver insurance solutions Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Experience with complex problems and integrations Process analysis, quality assurance, and project management skills Strong communication and negotiation abilities Excellent stakeholder management Experience in Agile and Waterfall environments Senior Solution Lead Nice-to-Have Skills: Guidewire Policy Center Certification Proficiency in Guidewire development languages (GOSU, Java) Senior Solution Lead Assignment Length: This is a permanent position.
