Credit Supervisor: On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for a Credit Supervisor for a contract role. This position is a fully remote position with no onsite requirements at our clients Calgary office, this is a 4 month contract until October 31st 2025 with a strong possibilty of extension. Credit Supervisor - Job Description: This is an exclusive opportunity to lead and develop a credit team. The Credit Supervisor will be responsible for supervising, developing, and training credit collectors and representatives managing collections and payment processing for the Canada Portfolio. Credit Supervisor - Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and develop the credit team, ensuring alignment with departmental goals, credit policy, and performance expectations. Conduct credit reviews within Delegation of Authority (DOA) limits, escalating as needed based on risk assessment. Analyze workloads and reallocate resources to meet business demands and maintain service levels. Oversee month-end reporting and aging analysis, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and clear communication. Manage internal and external conflict resolution professionally; support team in handling escalations and negotiating payment plans. Stay current on credit and collections regulations and ensure compliance with performance management processes. Credit Supervisor - Mandatory Skills: Leadership and coaching skills for credit team development Experience in conducting credit reviews and risk assessment Ability to analyze workloads and reallocate resources Proficiency in month-end reporting and aging analysis Knowledge of credit and collections regulations Strong communication skills Credit Supervisor Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience with credit policy compliance Conflict resolution skills Experience in managing collections Understanding of consumer rights regulations Ability to initiate action plans Credit Supervisor Assignment Length: This is a contract position likely to be extended beyond October 31.
