Check out what we make here: **Duties** As the Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for: * Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team that provides top-tier support to our customers. * Overseeing daily operations, including answering inbound customer calls/emails, processing orders, creating quotes, and resolving issues. * Managing logistics for domestic and international shipments (freight, parcel, ground, air, ocean). * Collaborating and maintaining strong relationships with our internal teams. **Qualifications** * Proven experience in customer service. * Experience with supply chain or logistics management. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and work well under pressure. * Experience with ERP and/or CRM systems.
