KMH Cardiology Centres Inc. is recruiting for a **part-time** Help Desk Support. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, a customer-oriented approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. **The Accountabilities:** The ideal candidate will provide technical support to our users, ensuring their systems and applications are functioning effectively. The key accountabilities of the role include: o Responding to issues as assigned by the team lead o Provide on-site support to KMH staff/users as required on a variety of computer hardware o Answer technical questions regarding the use of personal computer hardware plus its accessories and software deployed within the company. If unable to answer customer enquiries/requests, collect and document necessary information for appropriate specialist to address internal or external third parties and providers support. o Supporting the company core business applications or cloud based platforms for installation and configuration o Setup of new computers o Maintaining awareness of current initiatives, rollouts and changes to the technical environment o Periodically inspect all locations and ensure IT related equipment cleanliness and good maintenance, cabling tidiness and gather feedback from users with the aim of continuous improvement experience * Maintain privacy and confidentiality of all health related information * Ensure timely resolution and communication of status with user and team lead **Required skills and experience:** o Minimum 3 years of experience in a diverse technology and customer service-focused role o Post-secondary education in related IT area or business or technical training/experience equivalent o Solid knowledge and demonstrated experience using desktop products and operating systems (only Windows environment) o Familiar with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routers, switches, WiFi access points), as well as basic level network connectivity issues and troubleshooting o Network cabling (only connectivity side) o Excellent written and verbal communication skills o Good initiative with solid problem solving skills and the ability to work independently. o The ability to drive to our all KMH clinics We are a progressive organization with a team passionate about healthcare.
