**Job Description:** Superb Group is seeking a highly driven and organized **Operations Manager** to lead our production and fleet teams and help oversee the day-to-day operations of our growing landscaping and snow removal company. Reporting directly to the President, this role plays a critical part in ensuring field execution is efficient, well-supported, and aligned with company standards. The ideal candidate is a natural leader with strong logistical skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to keep teams moving and systems running smoothly all while solving problems before they become issues. **Key Responsibilities:** **Team Leadership & Oversight** * Oversee all Production Managers, Fleet Supervisor, and Mechanic(s) * Conduct weekly team meetings with Production Managers to review job progress, team needs, safety, and priorities * Relay critical updates, issues, and progress reports to the President * Provide leadership, support, and accountability across departments to ensure consistent field performance **Operational Support** * Assist in day-to-day logistics to keep crews on schedule and jobs on track * Jump in to help coordinate materials, staffing, or equipment reallocation as needed * Oversee seasonal transitions between landscaping and snow operations (e.g., equipment changeovers, prep work, etc.) * **On call during winter- November 15th to April 15th** * Track project status and ensure production managers are maintaining timelines and quality standards **Fleet & Equipment** * Work with Fleet Supervisor to ensure all vehicles, trailers, and small equipment are maintained and operational * Help coordinate equipment repairs and scheduling with the in-house mechanic * Approve or source purchases for new tools, machinery, and replacement parts **Procurement & Inventory** * Source, purchase, and track tools, parts, and supplies needed for daily operations * Support set-up of new crews or teams with appropriate equipment and gear * Work with admin and leadership to manage budgets and plan for upcoming needs **Communication & Systems** * Bridge communication between the field and office teams, ensuring alignment and minimizing delays * Help improve internal systems and processes to reduce inefficiencies * Assist with documentation of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) related to fleet, production, or logistics **Requirements:** * 35 years in an operations, logistics, or management role (landscaping, snow removal, construction, or trades experience preferred) * Proven ability to manage multiple teams and departments * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Strong problem-solving abilities and initiative * Comfort using software tools (Google Workspace, project management tools, fleet tracking, etc.) * Valid drivers license (G required; DZ or AZ a strong asset) * Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with landscaping/snow equipment is a plus **Why Join Superb Group?** * Be a key leader in a growing company where your impact is visible and valued * Join a team that takes pride in quality work, mutual respect, and having each other''s back * Opportunities for growth, leadership development, and expanding responsibilities **Job Description:** Superb Group is seeking a highly driven and organized **Operations Manager** to lead our production and fleet teams and help oversee the day-to-day operations of our growing landscaping and snow removal company.
