In this role, you will oversee the housekeeping staff to ensure that our resort maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality, contributing to an exceptional guest experience. **Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness standards are met. * Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to promote efficiency and high-quality service. * Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and common areas to maintain cleanliness and presentation. * Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained. * Address guest inquiries and concerns regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally. * Develop and implement cleaning schedules to optimize staff productivity. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations throughout the resort. **Requirements** * Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial management within the hospitality industry is preferred. * Strong understanding of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety protocols. * Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team effectively. * Outstanding communication skills for interacting with guests and staff alike. * Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
