Our collaborative team integrates the 5 Essentials of health - chiropractic care, positive mindset, pure nutrition, exercise and oxygen, and minimizing toxin exposure - to help patients achieve maximum health and longevity. Schedule Requirements * **Monday:** 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM * **Tuesday & Friday:** 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM * **Wednesday:** 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM * **Saturday:** 6:45 AM - 4:00 PM Key Responsibilities **Chiropractic Health Assistant Duties:** * Assist chiropractor during patient examinations, treatments, and consultations * Support patient positioning and preparation for therapeutic procedures * Apply therapy modalities under supervision * Educate patients on exercises, stretches, and wellness protocols * Encourage patients to adhere to appointment schedules and care plans * Maintain accurate patient documentation and treatment records * Prepare and sanitize treatment rooms between appointments **Reception Duties:** * Provide warm, professional greetings to all patients and visitors * Manage phone calls, emails, and appointment scheduling * Efficiently check in patients and process payments * Address patient inquiries about treatments, services, and insurance coverage * Maintain organized patient records in compliance with privacy regulations * Stimulate referrals through positive patient experiences and educational initiatives What We''re Looking For **Experience & Education:** * Healthcare or chiropractic setting experience preferred * Minimum 1 year customer service experience required **Skills & Qualifications:** * Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written); additional languages are an asset * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software (Atlas & Schedulicity) * Strong multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments * Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills **Personal Qualities:** * **Abundant energy and enthusiasm** for helping others achieve wellness * **Strong will and determination** combined with kindness and friendliness * Ability to be **firm yet compassionate** in patient interactions * Proven ability to encourage adherence to care plans and stimulate referrals * Genuine passion for promoting lifelong health and well-being * Willingness to be hands-on in patient care * Reliable, committed, and flexible with scheduling * Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset * Availability for early mornings, evenings, and weekends * Willingness/Eager to learn new things Why Join Our Team?
