We take great care to hire outstanding individuals who are motivated to do their best. **Job Summary:** We are seeking a dependable and hardworking **Residential Construction Labourer** to join our growing team. Working on residential construction sites in Calgary and surrounding communities, this role supports the Site Supervisor with day-to-day tasks that help keep our sites clean, organized, and running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in homebuilding. **Key Responsibilities:** * Maintain daily site cleanliness and organization, removing debris and preparing areas for upcoming trades. * Assist with setup and takedown of temporary structures such as fencing, safety barriers, and signage. * Support trades and Site Supervisor by moving materials, handling tools, and helping with general labour tasks. * Unload, move, and distribute construction materials across job sites. * Help prepare homes for key construction milestones such as framing, inspections, and final possession. * Report any safety issues or site concerns to the Site Supervisor promptly. * Assist with seasonal site maintenance, including snow removal and mud control. * Follow all safety protocols and ensure PPE is worn at all times. **Qualifications:** * Previous construction or general labour experience preferred, but not required. * Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions. * Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. * Reliable, punctual, and committed to working safely. * Strong work ethic and ability to follow direction. * Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record. **Compensation & Benefits:** * Salary: $42,000 $52,000 annually (based on experience) * Company truck provided for work-related travel * Company phone * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and life insurance * Opportunities for advancement into site support or technician roles * On-the-job training and career development * Supportive team environment with a reputable, growing homebuilder **Working Conditions:** This is a field position and will require travel between designated job sites in and outside of Calgary. Work may require occasional weekends and/or evenings. Steel-toed safety boots and hard hat is required. Physical requirements related to this position included, but are not limited to, the ability to lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pull heavy amounts of weight, operate assigned equipment/vehicles.
