Our diverse portfolio includes restaurants, catering services, a golf club, a farm, two luxury hotels under development, and Pearle Weddings & Events, specializing in unforgettable celebrations. **Position Summary** As an IT Support Technician at Pearle Hospitality, you will be the first point of contact for technical support across all departments. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our systemsparticularly our Point-of-Sale (POS) platforms used in restaurants, hotels, and retail outlets. Your work will directly contribute to delivering great service by keeping systems responsive, secure, and up-to-date. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Provide day-to-day support for end users across all Pearle locations (in person, remotely, and via ticketing system) * Specialize in the installation, maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting of POS systems (Oracle Micros Simphony) * Work closely with operational teams to ensure POS systems align with business needs and service expectations * Assist in the setup of new POS terminals, system configurations, and menu changes * Apply critical software updates, coordinate version upgrades, and validate successful deployments * Monitor and respond to system alerts, resolve connectivity or hardware issues related to POS and network systems * Document recurring issues and propose long-term solutions or process improvements * Support other systems and devices including desktops, printers, mobile devices, AV systems, and hospitality applications * Maintain inventory of IT hardware and support equipment * **Participate in on-call rotation and assist during after-hours emergencies when needed** **QUALIFICATIONS** * Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or help desk environment * Experience working with POS systems (Oracle Micros Simphony preferred; knowledge of other platforms is a plus) * Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, Windows environments, and mobile device support * Exceptional troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills * Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment * Hospitality or retail experience is a strong asset Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 per year Benefits: * Company events * Dental care * Discounted or free food * Employee assistance program * Extended health care * Mileage reimbursement * On-site parking * Vision care Schedule: * 10 hour shift * Day shift * Evening shift * Holidays * Monday to Friday * Morning shift * Weekends as needed Application question(s): * Are you presently or have you ever been employed by any affiliated Pearle Hospitality properties?
