We are dedicated to building strong relationships with our clients through excellent service and professionalism. **Summary** Grindstone Physiotherapy is seeking a full time Office Manager to join its ever-growing team. We offer a variety of rehabilitation services including Physiotherapy, Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy and Registered Massage Therapy to residents of Waterdown, Ontario and surrounding communities. Our ideal candidate is an organized, effective communicator who delivers an outstanding client experience and works well within a team of professionals. Hours of operation: Monday 8am-7pm Tuesday 8am-8pm Wednesday 8am-7pm Thursday 8am-8pm Friday 8am-1pm **Responsibilities** * Make every client feel valued through thoughtful service and open, honest communication * Schedule client appointments for multiple practitioners * Process client invoices and follow up on outstanding balances * Respond to routine questions and requests * Seamlessly juggle multiple responsibilities with accuracy and focus * Uphold patient privacy by following PHIPA regulations without exception * Ensure the clinic and office remain neat and organized, by regularly performing basic housekeeping duties * Track inventory levels and replenish clinic supplies as required * Support various office operations and administrative functions as needed **Requirements** * High School Diploma, additional education seen as an asset * Proven experience in office management or administrative roles * Experience working with Microsoft programs * Reliable commute to Waterdown, ON **Why Grindstone Physiotherapy?** At Grindstone Physio, we are committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all.
